Mango Lassi

Ingredients :

2 cups yogurt
1 ripe mango
2 tbsp sugar ( to taste)
1 cup water
8 ice cubes
1 pinch cardamom powder
Sprigs of mint to garnish

Method :

Peel the mango, slice the flesh off the seed, and puree in an electric blender. Whip yogurt, mango pulp, sugar, water and ice cubes in blender until you have a smooth mixture. Add cardamom powder. Pour into tall glasses, and garnish each glass with a sprig of mint.
